The CELER team uses industry best practices in project lifecycle Construction & Project management. At CELER, we work with our clients to customize our work methods and reporting tools to ensure that the scope of work, work package, schedule, reporting, and completion package suit our client’s internal asset management system. The CELER team understands the importance of managing the scope of work, whether a simple fabrication or complete replacement and overhaul of OEM equipment. The CELER Project Manager will take charge of the scope of work to ensure that the client can focus on the core business.
1. PROJECT INITIATION
- Meet with the Client’s representative to review the scope of work.
- Site survey to gather the details of the scope of work.
- Review the survey with the Client’s representative to confirm the details identified.
2. WORK PACKAGE DEVELOPMENT
- Compile the site survey details and develop step-by-step work instruction.
- Develop a Risk Register and mitigation steps to be incorporated into the work instruction.
- Confirm the format with the client’s representative for incorporation into the client’s ERP system.
- ITP and reporting will be included for confirmation with the client’s representative.
- Project schedule to be included.
- Issue the work package to the client’s representative for review and confirmation to ensure all required details are incorporated.
3. PROJECT EXECUTION
- Preparation of job risk assessment.
- Daily PTW preparation and submittal.
- Attendance at the client’s daily work planning/control of work meetings.
- Daily toolbox talk, including work site preparation, tooling, and equipment review.
- Daily work progress reporting.
- Weekly project schedule reporting.
4. CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
- NDT reports submitted for client acceptance.
- Mechanical completion will be reviewed with the client’s representative for acceptance and signature.
- Function testing for client’s representative acceptance.
After client acceptance, CELER will prepare and submit a completion dossier to suit the client’s internal management system records and archive the completion dossier in our internal database for future reference.
